As the CEO of Community Realty, Al Hunter is responsible for operating all facets of the business. Hunter has a proven executive management style and track record spanning over 20 years. Prior to founding Community Realty, Hunter took the real estate industry by storm. His expertise as a real estate broker garnered him the honor of being named Douglasville’s Top Producing Agent for seven years – from 2012-2019. He is also a Millionaire’s Club Member and was named Rookie of the Year in 2012. Other honors and awards include, being inducted into the Home and Gardens Metro Brokers Hall of Fame.

Known for being a man who understands the importance of building relationships, Hunter understands that success begins by investing in the community. When he isn’t guiding clients through the home buying process, he is gathering support to help the youth in the Metro Atlanta area. His 2019 Community Realty Back-to-School Drive quickly raised over $3,000 for supplies for two Atlanta Elementary Schools. Helping students is a top priority, which is why Hunter is quickly working to open the doors of his venture – Community Foundation Sports for All Youth (SAY). This initiative is designed to ensure that strong academics and athletics are available to all youth interested in baseball, basketball, soccer, fencing, and golf.
